Game changer for holiday lets
"This has been game changing for our holiday let business. We’re based in rural south west Scotland and our tubs have no direct access to warm water so heating them up was taking 14+ hours. This was impossible on a back to back changeover and so we were having to refund guests. We can now have both tubs emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated to 40 degrees under 5 hours. Each tub takes about an hour to heat to 40 degrees. This product is amazing!"

Amazing!!!
"Amazing!!!! We have a big hot tub and small ones, and it heated the small one from 25 degrees to 38 in 17 mins!!! Before we would have been wasting electric which is so expensive these days. Last minute guests are welcome now without anxiety of having to wait if the hot tub will be warm enough on time."

Easy to assemble and use. Great boon to our Dukeries Retreat Glamping business and we will undoubtedly buy more. Good personal sales and after-sales service too. Highly recommended!"

FAQs

Can I use SUPA heater with my hot tub?
SUPA heater can be used with any hot tub or small pool as the hoses are simply placed over the top of the side wall if heating a full tub, or just connect your mains hose to the heater and fill hot!

How long will it take to heat the water in my hot tub?
OK, so this depends on the volume of water to be heated, its start temperature and the target temperature to be achieved. Typically, a 4-person hot tub for glamping will be around 1,000 litres and a 6-person 1,200 to1,300 litres. A 4-person hot tub heated from 10°C to 38°C takes about 74 mins and around 88 mins for a 6-person hot tub. In summer, with mains temperatures of around 17oC, the same would occur in 55 and 66 minutes, respectively. Go to Commercial use on our home page and click Calculator to see exact figures for your tubs.

How much propane will it use?
Again, this all depends on the volume of water to be heated, its start temperature and the target temperature to be achieved. If we take 1,000 litres from 10 to 38°C and 17 to 38°C you would use 2.52 and 1.89 kg, respectively. For a 1,200-litre tub from 10 – 38°C and 17 to 38°C you would use 3.02 and 2.27 kg respectively. Go to Commercial use on our home page and click Calculator to see exact figures for your tubs.

Can I use it with my wood burning tubs?
SUPA Heater is perfect for wood burning tubs. You can fill it from the mains or heat once its full and it will stop heating when it reaches the temperature you set. Want to heat it a little hotter so when its cooled before the guests arrive it is at the perfect temperature, that’s no problem either. SUPA Heater gets rid of the smoke, the logs and the drag on your valuable time.

Can I use SUPA Heater when it’s raining?
Yes, providing you protect the electrical plugs, SUPA Heater is water resistant against
prolonged showers.

Can I use any size of propane bottle with SUPA Heater?
Because SUPA is so powerful, it needs a minimum propane bottle size of 19 kg to work effectively.
Changing to a larger 47 kg bottle can offer even greater value.
